Idk how I feel about how they ended things with him and Clare. Like them or not, they're basically endgame. I think it would've been cuter to just have Clare decide to go to NY with Eli. I can't imagine her not reapplying and getting into Columbia after her gap year so what was the point of all the manufactured drama? Like, they were going out of their way to make it like Clare is independent woman or whatever when she spent so much of her time on the show posted up with a man, in particular Eli. So much of Clare was about their drama. I don't get acting like it wasn't. But I also don't see the issue with her moving in with him when it seems that would be the likely end, anyway. ???

Chile this man literally threw Miles into the wall. This storyline was triggering ngl! But Degrassi, imo, doesn't properly deal with it. The dad just moves out. In real life, in a family like this, I don't see the dad moving out. He'd stay there and keep being an asshole. Miles would do hardcore drugs and either OD eventually or kill himself. Frankie would disappear on someone's yacht. Hunter would either do a school shooting or become the next Elon Musk (both terrible outcomes).
