Season 2 opens with a bunch of Mexican gangbangers doing a drive-by on a neighborhood full of people from their community. I love how cartoonishly racist (and sexist) this show can be like a lot of the time. Like they will have the most stereotypical gangbangers show up (always black or Mexican) talking in the most offensive, over the top gangbangy ~People of Color~ accent and it's like PLEASE. Like yes Mexican gangbangers exist and I'm sure they do drive-bys but please have some class about portraying it in your show like why is it giving ICE recruitment video teas

I love how after the Mexicans shoot up a bunch of a kids they throw Tan Carter at us and it's like whoa momma, holy whiplash. He's so sweaty and wet and brown skin Idk how to feel (definitely kill urself)

His tan looks so good with the scrubs I want to RIP MY HEAD OFF. I wonder if the actor had a real tan or was it applied? Because people mention it in the show, which makes me think it's makeup.
